• The First Complex was established in 1968 in Seoul
• A famous shopping spot where you can find electronics
• History of the land of Sewoon Sangga (Sewoon Complex)

1. Japanese Colonial Period : Emergency place of refuge for avoding damages from incendiary bomb or fire bomb

2. After Korean War : Grounds for life of poor people

3. 1970's : City landmark that represented economic development

4. 2008 ~ present : Resting place for citizens
